Our Foundation classes help improve overall language skills through authentic materials. Students gain the confidence to travel, take a
language proficiency exam, or simply enjoy mastering a new language. Classes typically meet once a week for 2.5 hours, while Fast-Track
options, when available, meet twice a week for the same duration.

Looking to improve your spoken French? Our Conversation classes help you gain confidence and fluency through discussions, games, and
roleplay. Held once a week, these classes typically run 1.5 to 2.5 hours.

Cultural Classes explore Francophone culture and history for B1+ students, typically in French. Lower-level classes may include more English. Offered less frequently than other courses.

We currently hold classes in the Lowry neighborhood of Denver, in City Park, and online.
Our levels are based off of the CEFR (Common European Framework for Languages). You can find a general overview for each level below. Click for more detailed information about each level.
At the beginner level, students can understand basic expressions and phrases to fulfill basic needs. By the
end of the A1.1-A1.4 series, students can introduce themselves, ask and answer simple questions, and give a basic description of their
everyday lives.
At the A2 level, students become comfortable with descriptions and elaborating on the simple language from A1. By the end of the A2.1-A2.4 series Students can give descriptions related to their everyday life, as well as communicating basic stories with which they are familiar.
B1 students begin to deal with manipulating their language to navigate unexpected situations. By the end
of the B1.1-B1.4 series, students can describe experiences and events in some detail, give opinions and reasons for them, and begin to
branch out from topics in their immediate sphere of interest.
B2 students are able to communicate with some degree of complexity and fluidity. By the end the B21.-B2.4
series, students are able to understand authentic material on complex topics, and is able to express their ideas clearly without
difficulty for their audience.
At the C1 level, students are able to communicate fludily on personal, professional, and academic topics. By the end of the C1.1-C1.4 series, students are able to navigate complex authentic material and use language flexibly on both familiar and unfamiliar topics.
